Hayden is a director and editor, creating culturally resonant work across documentary, branded content, commercial storytelling and experimental film.
His career began in the agency world of NYC where he directed campaigns for major brands, artists, and live music productions. He then founded Say We Did, a nimble production company dedicated to championing impact stories for brands and individuals.
Finding intimacy at any scale, his work explores resilience and belonging in unexpected places and celebrates triumphs, the everyday kind people are already living.

Alexa Garay
Alexa is a producer, creative strategist, and idea connector with roots in music and public service.
Drawn to stories closest to the source, she develops human-centered work with rhythm and impact.
She is a systems thinker and solution finder with a relentless drive to shift the narrative.
